Mindful Mark-Making

Listen to nature or music and using a range of materials, respond to the shapes of the sounds you hear, allowing you body to relax and go with what feels fun or right for you.

We will then have a rest, recharge and connect with a snack and a chat.

Lastly, our papers will be reimaged into a collage, giving us an opportunity to have fun playing with composition, design and colour to create a final picture.
